Senior Customer Project Manager (Dutch)

At SupplyStack we believe there’s a better way to manage transportation. To do that, we created a full circle, cloud-based Transportation Management System (TMS) that unifies all multimodal shipments through one platform, making transportation flows... well ... flow a lot better.

We’re currently working with some amazing clients who are pretty happy with our TMS because of the great user experience it offers. We’re going to drop a few names, cause we’re really rather proud to call them customers: Zalando, Duracel and Atlas Copco. 

And, we’re expanding. We recently joined the Transporeon group, which allows us to leverage Transporeon’s extensive carrier network and piggyback on their complementary product offering.

That means finding a stellar Dutch-speaking Senior Customer Project Manager. That’s where you come in: we’re due to onboard a number of clients in the coming months and need to grow the Project Management team. If you’re down with what you’ve read so far, then maybe you want to dust off that impressive CV of yours and send it on over to us. Work with a lot of clients, not just in Belgium, but all over Europe.

Take care of the initial onboarding of new customers as well as the roll-out of new regions and new SupplyStack software offerings.

Contribute to shaping the future of our business (that's not just a phrase from a campy corporate sing-along, it’s actually our DNA).

Our clients are often drowning in Excel spreadsheets and master data  before we come on the scene to rescue them. Believe it or not, that's how they’re used to managing their Supply Chain. We need you to be a bit of an Excel wizard to get all that data into the TMS system, spick and span, neat and tidy… tomato/tomato: choose your method, make it happen. 



As you'll be working with all kinds of folks: logistics managers, warehouse managers and transportation planners, stakeholder management is an integral part of your PM toolkit.

You already have 5 years in the bag successfully implementing digital projects; experience in Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Warehouse Management System (WMS) or in other ERP logistics/Supply Chain modules is gold.

A lot of current clients are in Belgium and the Netherlands, therefore fluency in Dutch is pretty key for us.
