SupplyStack ("Slickss N.V.", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of your end users ("End Users"). We recognize that privacy is an important issue to you. This policy describes our privacy practices on the SupplyStack Control Tower platform and through our SupplyStack Mobile Driver. The use of information collected through our service shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service for which the Client has engaged SupplyStack.

BY USING APPLICATION AND/OR PORTAL, YOU AGREE TO THE PRIVACY POLICY AND ALL REVISIONS THEREOF.

When you use a different SupplyStack Services you will also be subject to the privacy policies of that SupplyStack Service. If this Privacy Policy is inconsistent with the policies of another SupplyStack Service, the other Services terms will control. We design and operate our services with the protection of your privacy in mind.. This privacy statement explains data collection, tracking by the use of the SupplyStack Driver and Control Tower.

CONDITIONS OF USE

Your use of Mobile Driver is governed by this Privacy Policy. Please read the following information carefully. You must agree to this Privacy Policy in its entirety in order to: a) access or use the Control Tower, the SupplyStack Mobile Driver or any other module of SupplyStack. Your acceptance of this Privacy Policy in its entirety shall be deemed a blanket acceptance of such Privacy Policy for all future attempts to access the portal and Mobile Driver. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety, do not use the Platform, or any other SupplyStack Services.

Your acceptance of this Privacy Policy, in its entirety, shall inure to your employees, if any. You acknowledge and agree that any employee who accesses your Subscription account, or who visits your Subscription website under the scope of such employee's employment with you (and any third party to whom you give rightful access to your Subscription account), agrees to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

We may update this privacy statement to reflect changes to our information practices. If we make any material changes we will notify you by email (sent to the e-mail address specified in your account) or by means of a notice on the portal prior to the change becoming effective. We encourage you to periodically review the latest information on our privacy practices.

COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We collect the following personal information from you when you sign up for our service: Name and email address... We may also collect telephone numbers if you wish to add that to your account.

By using the portal we may also collect certain information about your computer hardware and software. This information may include: your IP address, your Internet Service Provider, browser type, operating system, domain name, access times, your email address, and your passwords.

We may also collect information about your mobile devices, including your cell phone or other mobile device number and model, and your cellular carrier...

USE OF COLLECTED INFORMATION

We may use collected information for the following purposes:

To operate the Platform, maintain quality of the service, improve Services, and provide general statistics regarding use of our Website. To deliver products and services, including email notifications, confirmations, technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages..

To allow you access to limited-entry areas of our Portal as appropriate.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

SupplyStack will not rent, sell, or share personally identifiable information collected on the platform or through the Tracker with other people or nonaffiliated companies unless we have your consent, or under the following circumstances:

1. 1. with our customer or other service providers who work for us and need access to your information to do their work such as providing customer support, processing payments, and storing data
   2. Any third-party vendor so used has agreed to protect the confidentiality of information provided by SupplyStack ; to protect the rights and property of SupplyStack , our customers, users, and others including to enforce our agreements, policies and terms of use; in an emergency to protect the personal safety of SupplyStack, its customers, or any person;
   3. We may also share aggregated or anonymized information in a form that does not directly identify you or your employees with any third parties.
   4. We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or court order or in the good-faith belief that such action is reasonably necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

If you wish to correct or delete any personal information we have collected, please log into your account and change the information.

COLLECTION AND USE OF END USER INFORMATION

The Platform provides information to you about how your End Users use their mobile applications as well as how applications are performing across different mobile devices (but the Platform does not collect personally identifiable information). SupplyStack obtains this information either directly from our SupplyStack' Driver Application.

The data collected may include: agent version, platform, timestamp, application version, session start/stop time, locale (specific location where a given language is spoken), time zone, and network status (WiFi, etc.). The device identifiers may be hashed. In addition, SupplyStack may collect the following data if you select the option to collect and provide such data to SupplyStack: anonymous User ID, latitude and longitude and event time stamps. SupplyStack uses this data to provide visibility and to create reports and/or metrics.

LOCATION BASED SERVICES

With our SupplyStack Mobile Driver, SupplyStack provides certain features or services that rely upon device-based location information. The Application will allow SupplyStack to capture and track certain time, event and location data incuding real-time geographic location of your device of a user and wirelessly transmit that information via a device to a server owned or managed by SupplyStack for storage and retrieval as part of the services provided to our client. To provide such features or services, where available, SupplyStack and its partners may collect, use, transmit, process and maintain an end-user's location data, including the real-time geographic location of end-users. By using the GPS tracking services on our application End Users agree and consent to the collection, use, transmission, processing and maintenance of such location data to provide our services to our clients. Any location data provided is not intended to be relied upon in situations where precise location information is needed or where erroneous, inaccurate, time-delayed or incomplete location data may lead to death, personal injury, property or environmental damage. SupplyStack does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of location data or any other information displayed by our services and disseminating personally identifiable information about yourself or the location to third parties.

While SupplyStack provides the means to organize and collect of End User data, SupplyStack specifically disclaims ownership of this data. The End User data stored by our servers belongs exclusively to our Clients and may be deleted any time at their request.

THE CUSTOMER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THAT EACH END USER UNDERSTANDS THAT BY DOWNLOADING THE APP TO SUCH END USER'S DEVICE AND USING SUCH APP, THE END USER HAS CONSENTED TO THE COLLECTION, USE, PROCESSING, AND MAINTAINING OF LOCATION-BASED INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE END USER'S DEVICE AS SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION.

CUSTOMER USE OF END USER DATA

SupplyStack is not responsible for any use by you of any data about your End Users. You should allow End Users to review your policies to understand your use of End User data. You must provide a privacy agreement to your End Users in which written notice is given to the End Users that they may opt out of SupplyStack tracking.

END-USER OPT-OUT PROVISION

End Users may withdraw the consent to provide location based data at any time by not using the location-based features of the SupplyStack' Driver application or by turning off the location services settings on your device.

DATA RETENTION

We will retain your information for as long as needed to provide services to our clients and/or as per 'the agreement'. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER OF DATA

In the process of providing services to you, we may transfer information that we collect across borders and from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world.

INFORMATION RELATED TO DATA COLLECTED THROUGH THE SUPPLYSTACK PLATFORM

SupplyStack collects information under the direction of its Clients, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes.

We collect information for our clients, if you are a customer or supplier of one of our Clients and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Clients that use our service, please contact the client that you interact with directly.

SupplyStack has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his or her query to SupplyStack's Client (the data controller). If the Client requests SupplyStack to remove the data, we will respond to their request within 30 business days.

SupplyStack will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as needed to provide services to our Client.

SupplyStack will retain and use this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
